Description of service
The Draw provides tarot-style card readings personalized against astrological chart details you provide. Readings are generated with the help of a third-party AI service and are offered for entertainment and reflection purposes only.
Wishes (virtual currency)
Wishes are a virtual balance used within the app to unlock readings and features. Wishes have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, are non-transferable, and are not refundable except where required by law. Wishes may be earned through in-app actions (daily login, rewarded ads, ratings, reflections) or purchased.
Subscriptions and purchases
Wisher is an auto-renewing monthly subscription billed through the app store you downloaded The Draw from. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed through your app store account settings, not within the app. One-time Wish packages are non-subscription purchases and are final once delivered, except where required by law or your app store's own refund policy.
Prohibited use
- Attempting to circumvent Wish costs, rate limits, or subscription gating.
- Using the service to generate content that violates law or the rights of others.
- Reverse engineering or scraping the app or reading service beyond normal use.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Draw is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Draw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on a reading.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a material way, we'll update the date above and note the change here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
